Island Speed Ferry – Terms and Conditions
By booking a ticket or traveling with Island Speed Ferry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Ticketing
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Tickets are only valid for the specific date, time, and route shown.
- Passengers must present valid identification and booking confirmation (e.g. QR code, email, or printed ticket) at check-in.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to operational, weather, or safety conditions.
2. Check-In & Boarding
- Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may not be allowed to board, and no refunds will be issued.
- Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure.
3. Cancellations & Changes
- Passenger-Initiated Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to admin fee).
- No refunds or changes allowed within 24 hours of departure.
- Island Speed Ferry Cancellations:
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel trips due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, passengers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Travel Documents
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration, visa, and health requirements (if crossing borders).
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or present proper authorization.
5. Luggage & Belongings
- Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on bag and 1 checked bag (up to 20 kg).
- Oversized or excess baggage may incur additional fees.
- Dangerous, illegal, or flammable items are strictly prohibited.
- Island Speed Ferry is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Safety & Conduct
- Life jackets and safety briefings are provided onboard.
- Passengers must follow all crew instructions and safety regulations.
- Drunk, disorderly, or abusive behavior will result in denied boarding without refund.
- Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed onboard.
7. Liability
- Island Speed Ferry is not liable for delays, missed connections, or damages arising from force majeure events (e.g., storms, mechanical failures, political events).
- Our liability for injury or loss is limited to applicable maritime transport laws.
8. Refunds & Claims
- Refunds, when eligible, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the travel date via our official contact channels.
9. Changes to Terms
Island Speed Ferry reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
